Hello, my name is Beth Boyer. This is my 15th year of teaching middle school. My first teaching experience was in Kingston, Jamaica. Before coming to Murray, I taught for 3 years at Hazel Park Middle School. This is my fifth year at Murray Junior High and I am proud to teach here. I received a B.A. in English and Education at St. Thomas and an MEd. at the University of Minnesota. I am currently working on obtaining my reading license from the University of Minnesota. I enjoy teaching middle school students because of their energy, creativity and eagerness to learn. My hobbies and interests are: my family (husband and two children 7 and 8 years old), camping, running, reading and drinking coffee.
