Parent Coordinators- need two people to coordinate all the volunteers.
Sell tickets during lunches- Sell tickets in lunch room the week before the play.
Sell tickets before performances
Concessions- buys and sells concessions
Cast party-plan party for kids on March 17 3-5 PM
Posters- place posters around town
Meals- organize and/or help donate meals for cast/crew
Set builders- build at home or at school according to our design
Prop shoppers- shop for odds and ends needed
Costume measurers- measure kids at January rehearsals for costume fittings
Handy helping hands- Can you hammer and follow directions?
Strike the set help- Help tear down the set and store set on March 16 and 17th.
Techies- Only if you have knowledge or can help with stage sound or lights
Make up/hair- Help apply makeup before show under direction of Lis and Alicia
Backstage and preshow help- help us out while we prepare for the show
