Tutoring Math for one hour during the day once a week.

Scheduling Parent Teacher Conferences. We use 2 to 3 people a day for 2 weeks to schedule conferences (over 3000 times are scheduled each trimester) and get forms returned to households in a timely manner. 

Accompanying Field Trips - Daytime usually mornings.
