Hello! Iam Ron Beck, a Geography teacher here at Murray Jr. High! I have been a teacher at Murray for the last four school years, and have previously taught sixth grade at St. Anthony Park Elementary, just down the street, for sixteen years. I earned my Bachelor of Science degree at the College of St. Thomas, and my elementary certification at Hamline University. In 1996 I received my National Board of Teaching certification as a Middle Childhood Generalist. In 2006 I recieved my Masters of Science degree in Gifted and Talented Education from the University of St. Thomas.

My wife and I enjoy traveling with our two teenage sons during the summer months. We have lived in the Twin Cities all of our lives and find that there is no better place than "Home Sweet Home."
