| I've been the social worker in PSD (Program for Social Development) since January 2000. I'm a licensed clinical social worker and received my MSW from the University of Denver in 1998. I grew up in Illinois and attended the University of Illinois so my sports allegiance is with the Chicago Cubs and Bears, however I'm not afraid to stray purple when the Packers are involved. I'm happily married and have a son and a daughter who keep me busy when I'm not working.
I provide social work services to students in groups as I feel continued work on getting along with others and working as a team is a crucial component to being successful in this world. I am also available to work with students individually on an as needed basis and as the team feels is appropriate.
My ongoing goal is to work closely with students, families and community agencies to help our students overcome barriers and be as successful as they can be. I strongly believe that all students need to learn how their behavior affects both relationships and success.
