Parent permission forms are available in the cafeteria and the front lobby.  forms need to be returned a.s.a.p. (final deadline is 9/10) to ms. wolf (or the office) practices begin next week!

 To be able to practice you must:
 -have a physical on file at murray (not just your shots)
 -pay  $15 district athletic fee ($15 or be accepted in the free &
                 reduced lunch program)
-pay the $10.00 murray equipment fee (not refundable/required of everyone)

**YOU MUST HAVE SAFE TRANSPORT HOME IMMEDIATELY AFTER PRACTICE.  (IF NOT- DON’T STAY).  WE WILL MAKE LIMITED FREE BUS PASSES AVAILABLE  TO ATHLETES THAT HAVE PARENT PERMISSION TO RIDE THE CITY BUS (during practice/tryout weeks only).
