I am the Team Lead in the PSD program at Murray Junior High. This is my 8th year working in a school environment. Prior to coming to Murray, I worked for 9 years as a psychologist providing therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families. I have a special interest in helping individuals and families access help for themselves through community services, counseling, and medical treatments.
I was raised in Central Missouri with two sisters, one of whom is my identical twin. I graduated from the University of Missouri with my bachelor's degree and earned my masters and doctoral degrees in educational psychology from the University of Minnesota. I am married and have a 7 year old daughter and a 5 year old son. I love spending time with my family, reading books, going to movies, running, playing racquetball, and solving cryptogram word puzzles. I recently completed my first triathlon and am hooked!
